Insurance Claim Settlement Process
Claim settlement Process:
Tata AIG General Insurance Co. Ltd. has a separate Claims Settlement Department for Personal Accident Department.
For notification of claim:
Notification shall be given at the following id with
- Name of Insured,
- Policy Number
- Date of Accident
- Brief of the Incident Happened
Email notification to be sent at General.claims@tata-aig.com
As an acknowledgement of the claim intimation, our Claim Team would revert with a Claim reference number & shall directly be in touch with you for future communication regarding settlement of the claim.
Claim can also be registered directly on our 24/hr toll free no. 18002267780 / 1800119966 with policy no. and relevant details
Post claim intimation & acknowledgement, as required by Claim Team please send all claims related documents to our office address as given below. An indicative list of claim related documents is attached for your reference.
Please note: - while sending claim documents please do mention claim number on it.
